Embedded content from other websites
We do not embed content from other websites. If you click on links on our website that takes you to another website, we open that site in a new tab/window and the user is then bound by the privacy policy of that website.
Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
For users who register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their profile for the period of initial membership and any subsequent renewal(s) to track active membership for access to Membership content that may be contained on our website or on other external platforms. All users may request the deletion of their data in conjunction with deletion of their membership/account. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an active membership/account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, but only in conjunction with the termination of your membership/account. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
If you complete registration form and choose “credit card” as a payment option, we share those payment credentials with our payment gateway, PayPal, long enough to complete the transaction. The card data input by the user is then discarded. It is not retained in the website database in any way.
