College Rush, hereafter referred to as ‘organization’ or ‘the organization,’ is an approved auxiliary member of the National Interfraternity Council. Annual Membership in the organization provides access to the fraternity experience, US college experience, policy updates impacting international students attending, not yet attending, or preparing to apply to, a US University institution. It additionally provides post-graduation access to a global network of peers for career pathways, job search and other aspirations. Membership in the organization does not secure a ‘bid’ or ‘new member’ status with any US based Fraternity or Sorority organizations.
- Acceptance of Terms: By registering for a membership in the organization, the member agrees to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the organization at all times.
- Membership Eligibility: Members must meet the specific criteria of being an undergraduate student in the US or at a Global Institution and are responsible for maintaining accurate contact, account information and demographics outlined on the registration form.
- Membership Fees & Payment: Members are responsible for paying dues at time of enrollment. The organization reserves the right to terminate membership for non-payment or instances of providing membership contingent access to non-registered individual(s). College Rush retains the right to set annual membership fees/schedules for new and renewal memberships.
- Termination & Cancellation: We make every effort to provide value to members during your membership year. Dues are the lowest of all fraternal organizations, limiting damages if the member becomes dissatisfied with services. Members join and pay an annual membership fee for a set academic period. Members may cancel their membership by forgoing renewal in the upcoming academic annual year. No refunds, full or prorated, will be provided. The organization reserves the right to terminate access if a member breaches the terms, behaves inappropriately on social media, or uses membership to reach out to other members for solicitations or malice, or shares any membership content without expressed written permission of the organization or its assigns.
- Intellectual Property: All content, including logos, materials, and digital services, remains the property of the organization, and the member is not allowed to use them without express permission.
- Limitation of Liability: The organization is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, and services are provided "as-is".
- Member Conduct: Members must not use the services for unauthorized, unlawful, or inappropriate purposes.
- Privacy & Data Usage: The organization will collect and manage personal information according to its Privacy Policy and may share data with partners solely to manage the organization.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
